The Health & Safety of our staff, customers and community is at the heart of our business. We have comprehensive and robust health & safety systems in place and utilise BWare to manage all our procedures. We are proudly accredited Sitewise Green which is the gold standard of Health & Safety in New Zealand.
Our team are highly qualified and have many years of experience between them.
Tree Care Southern Lakes is a proud member of the New Zealand Aboricultural Association of New Zealand.

Tree Care Southern Lakes has proudly achieved Sitewise Green status. This reflects on the comprehensive and robust Health & Safety systems we have put in place.
We are active members of NZARB and our staff are all highly skilled having trained in both NZ & UK.
Training
Our team are highly skilled professionals who attend regular training sessions both in house and with external providers. Our staff are continually learning on the job under highly qualified and experienced managers.
Safety Equipment
Key to our business is safe equipment. Our ropes and climbing gear are regularly inspected and replaced as required. We have a comprehensive equipment checking system and weekly logs for all equipment. Our team also hold regular toolbox meetings.
Our heavy equipment is regularly maintained and any defects are attended to promptly. We need our equipment working for us, keeping our staff safe is our No.1 priority.
